Our Story
We are a UK-based organisation dedicated to strengthening lives and communities through wellbeing support, practical skills training, and international social impact.
Junipers Group brings together a family of services dedicated to personal growth, wellbeing, and community development.
From mental health support to practical skills training and international charitable work, we operate with a shared commitment to dignity, empowerment, and long-term impact. Our divisions work independently but are united by a single purpose: helping people build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives.
Our work spans three core divisions. Through Junipers Purse of Hope, we deliver charitable programmes that support vulnerable communities. Through Junipers Therapy, we provide mental health support. And through Junipers Driving, we provide essential skills training for independence.

About Me
I believe that therapy is more than just a clinical process: it is a journey of shifting perspectives and realising one’s worth. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a Masters in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, I have spent my career helping people navigate their most difficult moments. My goal is to provide the tools and support necessary for my clients to manage their emotions, modify their behaviours, and ultimately reclaim their lives.
My expertise is built on a foundation of rigorous academic study and hands on experience within the NHS. I specialize in conducting thorough psychological assessments and creating individualised treatment plans that align with each person’s unique goals. Whether I am working with adults or young people, I implement evidence based CBT interventions to address a wide range of needs, from low mood and anxiety to more complex presentations. I am also deeply committed to inclusivity, having extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and collaborating with interpreters to provide accessible care.
The human element of my work is what drives me most. My passion for mental health is fueled by my own journey and the struggles I faced to access education in a remote part of rural Kenya. This experience has instilled in me a lifelong commitment to supporting others and a desire to make a positive impact in society. In addition to my clinical practice, I take pride in sharing my knowledge by mentoring trainee therapists and contributing to the growth of the psychological profession.

I have known Rose for approximately 10 years. Initially we were neighbours living on the same road and although I enjoyed the energy of light and love that she shares throughout our little town, like most people, I wanted to be her friend. Little interactions with our families in daily life drew us together. One day, out of the blue, Rose invited me to their home to share a meal. The timing can only be described as miraculous... I was very depressed but nobody knew. I was embraced into their family and we found a common love of family, Africa and Jesus. When covid hit, I became reclusive and afraid, but Rose continued to reach out by phone and 'water' me with prayer and her vast experience of mental health counselling. Today we are prayer buddies and family. Rose is all things to everyone and never stops working or helping everyone she meets...globally too! She will give love, food, money and kindness to anyone in need, including strangers. She is a woman of honour and integrity who keeps to her word and puts others before herself. She is a highly qualified academic with vast psychological training and knowledge coupled with her natural gift of empathy and human understanding. It is an honour and privilege to know her, watch her incredible journey, and call her friend.
